Yate 2-1 Paulton Rovers

Good win for Yate.

As I missed the first half I can't say too much about the match but from what I did see I thought the new striker looked a good signing and Bath was putting himself about to good effect.

I still don't think we are vociferous enough out there . The players should communicate more to each other as I'm sure this would make us a lot sharper. Paulton definitely bettered us in that department.

Our no 4, Hughes I think, played well 2nd half and Cox and Simpson again looked useful.

Big match on Saturday. A win would be fantastic and do the club a power of good. Who knows who we might face in the next round if we pull it off ?

Thought our much changed team played really well first half, creating several good chances against albeit a much changed Paulton team, the two wide men played really well and Bath caused their back four numerous problems and did really well to set up Adam Whites goal.Fair play to Paulton in the second their full backs stopped the supply from our wingers and had most of the posession and could only see one team winning when they equalised but credit to our lads for keeping going and gettin the late winner.Dont really know what to expect saturday its a team from our own division and we're at home so if everyones fit and moggy can get team selection right would hope we stand a fair chance of progressing.
